J-DEFENDER BLACK EDITION
This is the "black out" special edition of the infamous J-Defender. It still features the trademark Kiku acid etched texture, but with a black coating over the surface. This may likely be the best midsized fighting knife of all time. The J-Defender is literally a human filet knife; it is a no compromise design that is build for one pure purpose. Ending another human being in the sharpest way possible. The J-Defender has been a massive hit in the Ft Bragg community, and is a staff favorite. It is a no compromise answer to your worst day.
Master Kiku has worked with Japanese Self-Defense Force to design and produce a fighting knife. Their request was to make a sharp blade tip and make the long false edge as thin as possible with partial serrations, 5-1/2" D2 slightly Hamaguri-ba blade with long false edge on back. 4-3/4" Black Canvas Micarta handle with thumb notches on back and hammering butt. Comes with hand fitted Kydex sheath with Tek-Lok Belt device.
D2 Blade in 5.0mm thick, 135mm blade, 255mm overall, weight 190g

Kiku Matsuda is one of the most famous blade grinders in Japan. He has thirty four years of experience in blade grinding. He is fifth generation knife grinder. His unique grinds are well known in knife industry.
