Returns Policy:
For any questions concerning your order please call Customer Service at 910-323-4739, customer service hours are Monday thru Friday from 0900-1700 EST.
Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. All damages caused during shipping must be reported to Customer Service immediately. Please keep the original box and all packing material for inspection by the shipping carrier.
Grey Group Training accepts the return of all unused merchandise in it's original manufacturer packaging up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase. For your safety the following items are not returnable.
-Armor (to include rifle plate and soft armor)
-Trauma kits
-Carabineers or safety equipment
-Used or open merchandise
The handy Grey Group Training return form must be completed at the bottom of this page to let the handy Customer Service Ninjas know your return is coming in. The original invoice must accompany your return. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Items that have been washed, cleaned, or installed are not considered new and unused.
Shipping Reimbursement
Grey Group Training will only reimburse return shipping on defective or damaged items. For APO or international orders you will be reimbursed for postal priority Flat Rate insured and for domestic returns you will be issued a call tag from UPS ground service. Any packing fees charged by mailing service will not be refunded. For return shipping through UPS Ground email: customerservice@greygrouptraining.com to request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please make sure to include your name and order number in the email also.
Warranty Policy
Grey Group Training customer service is here to assist you with manufacturer warranties. Every instance is handled differently, so please contact: customerservice@greygrouptraining.com for assistance.
If covered under warranty the product may be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer at their discretion.
